All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx unless specified by consumers differently. Most orders received before 2:00 PM will ship the same day provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Zing Life LLC, USPS, UPS, or FedEx as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the hat does not fit correctly, we will be happy to accept the return of your unused purchase for an exchange or full refund. We ensure that our products will leave our store in new condition. Refunds or exchanges are accepted if the return is made within 30 days from the day you receive your purchase. You can start the process by sending us a message with your order number and reason for return/or exchange. Zing Life LLC is not responsible for items that have been damaged through customer use or lack of care. Please refer to our caring guide to learn how to keep your Panama Hat in great condition.
- To protect the hat on the way back, you must make sure to pack it the same way you received it. Please use all packing pieces to hold the hat in place. If possible use the same box to allow the right amount of room for the brims.
- If not properly packed the hat may suffer damages on the way back and a re-stocking fee may be charged.
- The hat must have the original tickets on and do not show signs of being worn. Once we receive the returned hat we can process 100% of the funds back to you given the above requirements are met.
Final Sale Items
The item must be in unused condition to qualify for an exchange or a store credit. “On Sale” items are considered “Final Sale”. These items are un-refundable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
